Driving is generally convenient, though some roads are narrower, so be mindful of parking. The Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Huxi Line only reaches a few spots along this route. If you’re taking the Jianshan Line or Longmen Line buses, be sure to plan your schedule and walking distances accordingly. When taking a private tour along this route, it’s commonly referred to as the “East Loop,” which takes around 5 hours to complete, or 8 hours for a more in-depth exploration.
