No, we do not provide shuttle service between harbor and hostel. If you choose to travel by ferry, we recommend taking the bus, taxi, or renting a scooter or car. Yes, we provide complimentary airport pickup service. The service is available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Outside of these hours, you may arrange transportation to the airport on your own via bus, taxi, or driving. We need you to schedule it in advance. Please make your shuttle reservation at least 2 days before your check-in date. Failure to do so will be considered as opting for self-arrival. Each trip can accommodate 1-4 passengers, and you may share the ride with other backpackers. If your group exceeds 4 people, you may need to wait for the next available shuttle at the airport. Please note that we only accept email reservations for the complimentary pickup service to avoid communication errors. 1. Due to the busy traffic outside Penghu Airport, we will send a message to your contact mobile phone number to inform you of the pickup location before or after your landing. Please ensure your phone is switched on and you can use internet to receive the message.
2. As there are many passengers using the complimentary shuttle service, we usually arrange pickup within 20 to 60 minutes after your landing time. If you have other immediate plans upon arrival, we recommend arranging your own transportation via bus, taxi, or renting a scooter or car directly at the airport.
